Scott Cohen, M.A. Ed. has a diverse work experience in various industries. Currently, they are the Manager of Talent Systems at Carlisle Companies Incorporated, where they are responsible for designing, configuring, deploying, and maintaining talent-related systems. Scott collaborates with division-level system administrators to provide an enterprise-level perspective and strategy.

Prior to their current role, Scott worked as a Business and Learning Development Consultant at Community Learning Partners, LLC from 2010 to 2022. In this role, they developed and promoted solutions to decision-makers, collaborated with leadership and vendors to manage programs within budget, and created communication and roll-out strategies for initiatives.

From 2014 to 2021, Scott worked at Bergen Community College in two roles. As the Program Supervisor, they managed the transformation of traditionally facilitated courses to online educational programs during the COVID-19 pandemic. Scott also provided technical training to instructors and developed back-end workflows for enrollment management and new learning management system (LMS) platforms. Later, as the Manager of Curriculum and Instruction, Scott refined and maintained course curricula, analyzed assessment and evaluation data, and managed LMS administration capabilities.

In 2019, Scott briefly worked as a Test Driver at Kett Engineering Corporation, evaluating Volkswagen preproduction test vehicles, performing specialized tasks, and providing detailed documentation for engineering analysis.

From 2005 to 2010, Scott served as the Director of Training at Children's Aid and Family Services, Inc. Scott expanded and managed new employee orientation on-boarding initiatives and designed and facilitated corporate compliance training, resulting in zero EEO claims over a three-year period.

Scott Cohen, M.A. Ed., has a Master of Arts degree in Education and Teaching from New York University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business with a minor in French from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
