Keanya Clifton-Roach

Keanya Clifton-Roach is a seasoned educational professional with extensive experience in instructional coaching, professional development, and curriculum design. Currently serving as a Professional Development Specialist and Instructional Coach at Carlos Rosario International Public Charter School since January 2022, Keanya creates and delivers training for faculty while maintaining essential instructional data and records. As the Founder of Learn Something New™ Training Solutions since February 2020, Keanya supports small businesses and adult learners in meeting their instructional needs through training and performance gap analyses. Previous roles include Curriculum Contractor at Virtual Virginia, Out-of-Network ELL Educator at Alexandria City Public Schools, and STARI Adolescent Literacy Coach at SERP Institute. Keanya’s educational background includes multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Arts in Instructional Systems Design from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
