Nadia Ruiz

Nadia Ruiz has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Nadia is currently the Director of the Culinary Training Program at Carlos Rosario International Public Charter School, starting in March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chef Manager at Flik Hospitality Group from September 2021 to March 2022. From May 2018 to May 2021, they worked as a Child Nutrition Specialist at Birmingham City Schools. Nadia also worked as a Resident Chef at Sur La Table from November 2012 to April 2018, and as an Executive Chef at Diamond clubs from February 2012 to October 2012. Nadia'searlier experience includes working as a Chef at La Dolce Vita Italian Restaurant from July 2010 to February 2011.

Nadia Ruiz attended the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid from 1995 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology. Nadia later pursued further education from 2006 to 2008 at arts and technology Jobs, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
