Nadia Ruiz has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Nadia is currently the Director of the Culinary Training Program at Carlos Rosario International Public Charter School, starting in March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chef Manager at Flik Hospitality Group from September 2021 to March 2022. From May 2018 to May 2021, they worked as a Child Nutrition Specialist at Birmingham City Schools.
