Tim Gibbon is an accomplished arts integration and culture program manager, currently serving at Carlos Rosario International Public Charter School since July 2021. With extensive experience in community engagement and arts education, Gibbon led the Picasso Project at Children First from September 2016 to July 2021, overseeing fundraising and advocacy initiatives for Philadelphia public schools. Previous roles include positions as a community organizer at The Clay Studio and the Philadelphia Photo Arts Center, where Gibbon fostered community relationships through arts programming. Gibbon has also coordinated various bilingual projects for the City of Philadelphia Mural Arts Program and holds a Master's degree in Education with a focus on Art from Temple University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Ethnomusicology from Oberlin College.
