Patrick Connaughton

Patrick Connaughton is currently employed as the Acting Homeless Coordinator at Carlow County Council since May 2021. Prior to this role, Patrick was a Home Support Worker with HSE from October 2003 to July 2021, working part-time with individuals with learning disabilities. Patrick also served as a Drugs Outreach Worker at SVP - Society of St. Vincent de Paul Ireland from May 2009 to May 2021, focusing on engaging with hard-to-reach drug users. Patrick's previous experience includes working as an Outreach Worker at Dublin Simon Community and as a Social Care Worker at freshstart residential. Patrick holds a Level 7 Diploma in Drug and Alcohol Studies from the University of Limerick.
