Goran Mandic

Goran Mandic currently serves as Vice President Operations for ISC Asia at Carlsberg Group, responsible for leading supply chain initiatives and enhancing organizational efficiency since January 2013. Previous roles at Carlsberg include Senior Director positions in Customer Supply Chain for Asia and Logistics for Western Europe, as well as Customer Supply Chain Director and Logistics Director for Carlsberg South East Europe and Carlsberg Srbija Group, respectively. Goran's extensive experience encompasses logistics management, budget control, data analysis, and the implementation of continuous improvements. With a strong background in business development, Goran has also held roles as Business Development Manager at various Carlsberg entities and as a Production Planning Specialist, contributing to operational efficiency and project developments. Goran holds a Master's in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University and a Master's in Management of Logistics Systems from Univerzitet u Novom Sadu.
