Juliana Dundarova

Juliana Dundarova, Assoc CIPD, has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Group Head of Employee Listening, Employer Branding, and Talent Acquisition at Carlsberg Group since May 2013. Previous roles at Carlsberg include Group Employee Engagement and Employer Branding Lead and HR Business Partner for both ISC and Commercial sectors. Prior to Carlsberg, Juliana worked as an Executive Search and Head Hunting Consultant at Wyser and as an HR Specialist at Jimmy's - The Coffee & Ice Cream Company. Juliana holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Development from New Bulgarian University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Dimitar A. Tsenov Academy of Economics. Additional qualifications include CIPD certifications and completion of the Employer Branding College.
