Julie Folmer-Niemann

Julie Folmer-Niemann currently serves as the Head of Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Carlsberg Group, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, significant experience was gained as a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Advisor at ISS Facility Services Danmark, where Julie developed and implemented strategies for fostering diversity and inclusion from May 2019 to October 2023. Additional roles at ISS included Nordic Workplace Experience Consultant and Project Leader, highlighting capabilities in workplace innovation and project management. Earlier professional experiences encompass a Global HR Intern position at Pandora, customer service and operations at Glanbia Performance Nutrition, and various project management roles. Julie holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Psychology from Copenhagen Business School, supplemented by earlier education at Køge Business School and Lemoore High School.
