Tiara Elg has extensive experience in customer service and office management. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Carlson Capital Management since May 2019, Tiara is responsible for welcoming clients and guests, managing office operations, coordinating hospitality, scheduling meetings, and preparing materials for client presentations. Prior to this role, Tiara worked as a Personal Banker at First Minnetonka City Bank from August 2005 to May 2019, where valuable skills in client relations and financial services were developed.
