Doug Fraser

Doug Fraser is an experienced construction professional with a robust background in project development and estimating. Currently serving as a Project Development Manager at Carlson Construction Ltd. since August 2022, Doug previously held the position of Chief Estimator at both EllisDon and Bird Construction from October 2018 to May 2022 and May 2016 to September 2018, respectively. Doug also worked as a Senior Estimator at CHANDOS, an Estimating Manager at Stuart Olson Inc., and a Chief Estimator at Kor Alta Construction Ltd., with tenure spanning over several years in each role. Doug Fraser's educational foundation includes studies at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology from 1986 to 1988.
