Randy Sisk possesses extensive experience in sales engineering and management within the manufacturing sector, particularly in defense, aerospace, and heavy equipment industries. Currently serving as an International Sales Engineer at Carlson Tool & Manufacturing Corp. since 2015, Randy previously held the position of Vice President of Sales at Milwaukee Machine Works from July 2013 to November 2015. Prior roles include Sales Engineer and ITAR-JCP Administrator at Carlson Tool from 2006 to 2013, and Quality Manager/Metallurgical Lab Manager at Fox Valley Heat Treat/Gallmar from 1992 to 2007. Additional experience includes supervisory roles at ATI Ladish and as a Metallurgical Lab Technician at Ampco Metals Foundry. Randy is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, serving from 1986 to 1992, and has acquired a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and an Associate in Applied Science in Metallurgical Technology from Milwaukee Area Technical College. Educational pursuits continue at Georgetown University.
