The Operations Team at Carlson Tool & Manufacturing Corp. is essential for ensuring seamless logistical and procurement processes. The team includes Shipping Receiving, which manages the timely and accurate dispatch and arrival of goods; the Buyer/Process Planner, who oversees purchasing and planning to maintain efficient production workflows; and the Driver, responsible for the safe and reliable transportation of materials and finished products.
