Jil Focks

Jil Focks is a finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and banking. Currently serving as an Associate at Carlsquare since July 2021, Jil has advanced through roles including Senior Analyst and Analyst. Prior experience includes positions as M&A Senior Analyst and M&A Analyst at Carl from April 2019 to June 2021. Jil also gained valuable insights as a Working Student and Intern in Global Banking & Markets, as well as an Intern in Commercial Banking at HSBC from February 2018 to February 2019. Jil holds a Bachelor of Science in International Finance from Nürtingen-Geislingen University (HfWU), supplemented by studies at Incheon National University from 2016 to 2017.
