Polina Amini started their work experience in 2013 as a Werkstudentin/Working student at PMB Management GmbH. Polina then joined Carlsquare in 2015 as an Analyst and worked their way up to become a Senior Analyst. In 2019, they became an Associate and later a Senior Associate until 2023. Polina's most recent role at Carlsquare is Vice President M&A, starting in April 2023.
