Ben Stoll

Ben Stoll serves as a Shareholder and Complex Commercial Litigator at Carlton Fields since July 2022, where recent accomplishments include defending biotech companies against allegations of intellectual property misappropriation and representing a major technology firm in an FTC investigation and DOJ antitrust lawsuit.
