Brian Olasov

Brian Olasov is an experienced professional in real estate capital markets and financial services consulting. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at the New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate since January 2019, Brian has also held the position of Executive Director for Financial Services Consulting at Carlton Fields since July 2015. Previously, Brian was the Managing Director at McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP from June 1990 to June 2015, and earlier worked in research at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, contributing to influential publications on the thrift crisis. Brian's background also includes a role as Vice President at Bear Stearns, focusing on bank and thrift analysis and financial modeling. Brian holds a BA in International Relations from Yale University and an MBA in Finance from Emory University.
