Miguel Rodriguez

Miguel Rodriguez is a seasoned litigator and insurance law attorney currently employed at Carlton Fields since March 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Associate and Associate Attorney at Lydecker LLP from July 2018 to February 2022, and as an Assistant Public Defender at the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office from September 2017 to July 2018. Miguel began legal representation as a Student Advocate at The Legal Aid Society of NYC while studying at St. John's University School of Law, where a Juris Doctor degree was earned in 2017. Prior educational background includes obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Fordham University in 2012.
