Brenda Lopez is an experienced Automation Engineer with a focus on process improvement and automation initiatives. Currently serving as Automation Engineer 2 at Carlton Forge Works since July 2022, Brenda has a track record of enhancing manufacturing systems, including implementing an OEE system at Precision Castparts, which resulted in significant labor savings. Brenda's expertise extends to project management, leading teams in engineering projects, and implementing robotics solutions. With a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, Brenda has also held roles in various organizations, contributing to cleanroom design, leading technical workshops, and mentoring aspiring engineers.
