Karen Kuykendall

Karen Kuykendall is a skilled mechanical engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, obtained in 2022. Currently serving as a Production Design Engineer I at Carlton Forge Works since March 2021, Karen brings valuable experience from previous positions including Engineering Co-Op at Olea Kiosks and Mechanical Engineering Intern roles. Prior experience includes participation as a team member in the Cal Poly Rose Float and involvement in research through the Achieve Scholars Program, where effective research techniques were developed. Karen also has a background in robotics design from the Project Lead The Way program, utilizing Autodesk Inventor to create functional robotic devices.
