Kelly Liao

Kelly Liao is an experienced supply chain and operations professional with a strong background in manufacturing and production management. Currently serving as the Supply Chain Manager at Carlton Forge Works since August 2021, Kelly previously held the position of Operations Manager at California Drop Forge and Production Control Manager at both Alcoa Fastening Systems & Rings and Firth Rixson. Key achievements include managing multiple manufacturing departments, significantly increasing productivity while reducing overtime, and successfully implementing a $6.0 million machine into production. Kelly's career also includes experience as a Technical Sales Engineer, overseeing the launch of over 50 new products, ensuring 100% on-time delivery through effective communication and process management.
