Haley Morales (Watson)

Haley Watson Morales is a seasoned professional in the senior living industry, currently serving as a Brand Content Specialist at Carlton Senior Living since June 2017, where responsibilities include developing branding strategies and enhancing brand engagement. Additionally, Haley functions as a Carlton University Instructor, creating training programs focused on onboarding and caregiver education. Experience as a Resident Liaison involved facilitating communication to ensure a high-quality experience for residents transitioning into assisted living. Earlier roles included working as a Home Office Intern at Carlton Senior Living, where engagement began during the 2016 California Assisted Living Association conference, and as a Hostess and Server at The Villages of San Luis Obispo. Haley also provided personal care assistance to individuals with dementia and served as an assistant coach for the Livorna Swim Team. Haley holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Nutrition from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, obtained in 2018.
