Lindsey Flores

Lindsey Flores, PHR, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in senior living operations, having held multiple leadership roles at Carlton Senior Living since June 2005, including Senior Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Corporate Development. Prior to this, Lindsey worked as a Health Educator at Kaiser Permanente from October 2015 to February 2017. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from California State University-Sacramento, as well as an Executive Education program from the Yale School of Management. Lindsey also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University-Sacramento, completed in 2007.
