Melinda Ericks Sphr

Melinda Ericks, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in various human resources roles. Melinda most recently worked at Carlton Senior Living, starting in April 2016 as the SVP HR and later promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer in January 2020. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources and Admin at Teachscape from April 2013 to March 2016. Melinda also served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at 1st United Services Credit Union from May 2009 to March 2013. Before that, they held the position of HR Business Partner at Flexera Software in early 2009. From April 2002 to January 2009, they were the Senior Director of Human Resources at Intraware. Melinda also worked as an Independent Consultant at Human Resource Services from January 2002 to June 2003. Melinda began their career as the Vice President of Human Resources at Clear Ink from January 2000 to October 2001 and later as the Director of Human Resources at Shugart Matson Young from March 1998 to January 2000.

Melinda Ericks, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English from San Diego State University. Prior to their university education, they attended Lakewood High School.
