Misty Charles

Misty Charles has a diverse work experience in the senior living industry. Misty has worked for multiple companies, starting with Primrose Alzheimer's Living in 1997 as a Personal Care Assistant, where they provided care to residents with dementia. Misty then became an Office Manager for Primrose Alzheimer's Living in 1999, assisting with the opening of a new community and managing various administrative tasks. In 2001, Misty joined Primrose Alzheimer's Living as a Marketing Director, where they educated the local community about the services offered and managed physician education. In 2008, they moved on to Carlton Senior Living as a Sales Director, responsible for maintaining census and expanding the market reach. Recently, Misty became the Director of New Sales Development for Carlton Senior Living, showcasing their leadership skills and ability to drive sales growth.

Misty Charles attended Sonoma State University from 1992 to 1997 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology.
