Alison Hale

Alison Hale is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Carluccio's since March 2013, after holding the position of Assistant General Manager. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Manager at PizzaExpress from October 2010 to March 2013 and General Manager at Prezzo Ltd from November 2008 to October 2010. Alison began a career in hospitality as a Supervisor at City Walls Pub Stirling and was previously a Sales Assistant at Marks and Spencer.
