Marc Wilson

Marc Wilson has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry spanning over several decades. Marc began their career at Pizza Express in 1999, where they worked in various roles such as Manager, Waiter, Head Chef, Supervisor, and Chef Trainer until 2010. Marc then joined ASK Italian as a Senior General Manager from 2011 to 2012, later transitioning to the role of Operations Manager until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, Marc worked as an Operations Manager at PizzaExpress before joining Byron as part of their Operations team from 2017 to 2018. Marc then served as the Regional Operations Director at Prezzo Ltd from 2018 to 2020.
