Enda D.

Enda D. has extensive work experience in the aviation industry. Enda is currently working as the Vice President of Engineering & New Aircraft Configuration at Carlyle Aviation Partners since August 2022. Prior to this, they held various positions at Dubai Aerospace Enterprise, including VP Asset Management from April 2020 to July 2022 and Asset Management Director from August 2017 to April 2020. Enda also worked at AWAS as an Asset Management Director from February 2017 to August 2017 and as a Procurement Manager from May 2015 to January 2017. Before that, they were a Product Line Manager at Killick Aerospace from October 2013 to April 2015. Their earlier roles include being an Engineering Materials Officer at Ryanair from 2011 to 2013, an Operations Manager at Wynnwith Group Ltd. from 2006 to 2011, and an Account Manager at Capital Aviation Services from 2003 to 2006. Enda started their career as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician at various companies, including KLM Engineering, Cargolux, Air Mauritius, Air Malta, Caledonian Airborne Eng, FLS Aerospace, and Shannon Aerospace, where they worked from 1990 to 2003.

Enda D. began their education at ScandiAvia where they completed an Aircraft Accident Investigator course in an unknown year. Enda then attended City, University of London from 2008 to 2011 and obtained a Master of Science degree in Air Transport Management. In 2016, Enda D. enrolled at the National College of Ireland and completed a Higher Diploma (NFQ Level 8) in Business in Finance in the following year. Continuing their studies at the National College of Ireland, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Finance from 2017 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Enda D. also obtained the Bloomberg Market Concepts certification from Bloomberg in December 2018.
