Russ Phimister

Russ Phimister has a diverse work experience in program delivery, project management, and business analysis across various industries. Russ is currently the Director of Program Delivery at Carma since May 2021. Previously, they were the Owner & Operator of RP Consulting from May 2019 to August 2021. Russ has also worked as a Program Delivery Lead at PetCulture from November 2020 to May 2021, where they successfully managed vendors and internal staff to deliver a new Pet E-commerce solution. Prior to that, they served as a Program Delivery Manager at Binge from May 2019 to November 2020, where they successfully launched a new OTT streaming product. Russ has also contributed significantly to the digital transformation of the National Rugby League as a Digital Program Manager from May 2017 to May 2019, and as a Technical Business Analyst from December 2016 to May 2017. Russ also has experience as a Business Analyst/Project Manager at Noggin IT from April 2016 to December 2016, as a Senior Solutions Consultant and a Professional Services Organization (PSO) Consultant at Manhattan Associates from January 2011 to April 2016. Before that, they worked as an Operations Coordinator at THQ from September 2009 to November 2010 and as a Systems Analyst at George Weston Foods from January 2007 to July 2008. Throughout their career, Russ has demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Russ Phimister completed a Master's Degree in Project Management at the University of Sydney from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Operations Management in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Western Sydney University, graduating in 2006. In addition to their formal education, Russ Phimister holds various certifications including the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, obtained in April 2019, and the Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in March 2018. Russ also has the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) certification, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is not available.
