John Kneen

John Kneen has a long and varied work experience. John began their career in 2010 as a Shift Lead at Cold Stone Creamery. In 2011, they became a Store Manager at Blockbuster, where they managed cash, prepped bank deposits, and served as a loss prevention manager. In 2014, they moved to Starbucks, where they served as a multi-unit store manager and trained staff to ensure customers received the Starbucks experience. In 2018, they became an Operations Manager at Bowlero Corporation, managing a $6 million bowling center P&L, hiring and onboarding staff, and reducing kitchen waste by 4%. Finally, in 2020, they joined Carma Project, Inc. as Senior Operations Manager, managing a 200+ driver team, 58 vehicles, and 6 regional managers across 29 cities. John developed operations team KPIs, auditing processes, and launched 3 new markets of operations in a 2 month span.

John Kneen is a graduate of Arizona State University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership in 2021. John began their studies at ASU in 2018.
