Tyson Siekiera

Tyson Siekiera began their career in 2005 as an Automotive Technician at Hinckley Dodge Inc. In 2008, they joined Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A. as a Product Engineer, where they were responsible for preparing, launching, and administering Safety Recalls, Special/Limited Service Campaigns, and Customer Support Programs. In 2014, they became a Lexus Technical Curriculum Developer at Toyota. In 2015, they returned to Toyota Motor Sales as a Product Engineer and managed overall campaign preparation, launch, and ongoing campaign administration. In 2016, they were appointed Assistant Manager at Toyota Motor North America, Inc., where they were responsible for overseeing the department budget and Team Member development. In 2021, they joined Carma Project, Inc. as a Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships and Central Operations.

Tyson Siekiera earned their MBA from California State University-Long Beach - College of Business in 2013, with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General. Tyson also earned two Bachelor degrees from Weber State University between 2004 and 2008, with a field of study in Automotve Service Technology, Technical Sales.
