Amanda Franklin has a background in IT, customer service, and team leadership. With experience at CarMax as a Customer Service Team Lead and at Onepath LLC and Genesis Networks Enterprises as a Team Lead in various IT roles, Amanda has demonstrated expertise in dispatching, provisioning, and customer service. Prior to this, Amanda also worked as a Customer Service Team Lead at Chick-fil-A. Amanda attended the University of West Georgia from 2010-2012.
