Amber Fleming

Amber Fleming is currently the Location General Manager at CarMax, where they lead daily operations and manage multiple teams to enhance performance. With over six years of experience at CarMax, they have implemented processes to hire and retain top talent while also overseeing budgeting and forecasting. Previously, Amber served as an Administrative Assistant at United Cerebral Palsy and held various roles in administration, including Office Administrator at Stanley J. Mroz, CPA. Amber holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Liberty University and has additional educational backgrounds in liberal arts and business administration.
