Eric Ritchie

Eric Ritchie is an experienced professional with a strong background in product delivery and HRIS business analysis. Currently serving as a Functional Manager at CarMax since January 2018, Eric skillfully orchestrates collaboration among internal stakeholders to implement a procure-to-pay platform and manage data integrations, while also developing user stories and ensuring alignment with product strategy as a scrum master. Prior experience includes an HRIS Business Analyst role at Susquehanna International Group, LLP, where Eric drove continuous improvement and productivity across HRIS products and collaborated with various business stakeholders.
