With a focus on technology and architecture, they have driven team success and built communities that foster collaboration. Their extensive experience spans roles at major companies such as Intel, US Airways, and American Airlines Group, where they contributed to architectural and software solutions while emphasizing developer productivity and experience. Eric also founded the "Collegiate Triathlon Association" and has served as an executive and technical leader across multiple organizations, championing initiatives that align business and IT strategies. They hold degrees in Exercise Science & Health and Business from Arizona State University and Western International University, respectively.
