James Henry

James Henry has extensive experience in strategy and operations analysis, currently serving as Manager of Strategy at CarMax since June 2018, following a role as Senior Strategy Analyst. Prior to this, James served in the US Army from June 2010 to June 2018, taking on positions such as Senior Analyst, Course Director, and Instructor, where responsibilities included designing and teaching graduate-level curriculum in data analysis and operations research. In earlier Army service from September 2002 to June 2008, James functioned as Unit Manager and Operations Planner. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Operations Research from George Mason University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
