Larry Williams

Larry Williams is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in management across various sectors. Currently serving as Location General Manager at CarMax since December 2013, Larry oversees comprehensive leadership development and day-to-day operations, enhancing customer experiences in vehicle shopping and services. Prior to this role, Larry held several positions at The Home Depot, progressing from Manager in Training to District Manager, where responsibilities included directing operations for multiple stores and ensuring alignment with company values. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Warrant Officer in the US Army, where leadership and mentorship were paramount. Larry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Pfeiffer University.
