Michael Micka

Michael Micka has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as the Wholesale Auction Manager and Buyer at CarMax since September 2015. Prior to this role, Michael was a Senior Key Holder at Bed Bath and Beyond from November 2013 to September 2015, overseeing all aspects of the Soft Side department. Earlier experience includes multiple positions at Kmart Corporation from October 2010 to October 2013, including Assistant Store Manager for both Hardlines and Softlines, where responsibilities encompassed hiring, training, supervising associates, and enhancing customer experiences. Additionally, Michael has a Bachelor of Science degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Indiana University Bloomington, earned in 2012.
