Mike Custer is the Regional Loss Prevention Director at CarMax, a position they have held since 1997. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Loss Prevention Manager at Circuit City from 1992 to 1997. Mike earned a B.S. in Administration of Justice from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1990.
