Paul Hendry

Paul Hendry is currently the AVP of IT Infrastructure and Operations at CarMax, where they lead initiatives to enhance IT services. Prior to this role, they held several positions at FedEx Services, including Director of IT, where they managed data center operations and implemented ITIL processes. Paul began their career as a Systems Administrator at Gulf Winds Federal Credit Union and developed expertise in database design while serving as a DBA Principal at FedEx. They earned a BSBA in Management Information Systems from The University of Memphis.
