Permjit Ghotra

Permjit Ghotra is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in product management and digital strategy, currently serving as VP and Head of Retail (Consumer) Product Technology at CarMax since 2017. Ghotra has a proven track record of redefining the auto purchasing experience through innovative customer shopping and transaction technology. Prior to CarMax, Ghotra held the position of Senior Director of Enterprise Applications at AXA US, where a successful digital strategy was launched for the U.S. market. Additional experience includes roles as a Program Management Consultant at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and Principal Consultant for the State of New Jersey, where notable accomplishments included the development of award-winning websites. Ghotra holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from The University of Akron and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
