Rose Lacey

Rose Lacey is a seasoned analyst with extensive experience in HR strategy and data science at CarMax since July 2022, where roles have included Sr. Analyst and Analyst in various capacities. Key achievements include developing machine learning models for customer transaction predictions and optimizing paid search revenue. Prior to this, Lacey interned at CarMax focusing on demographic analysis for an omni-channel sales model, worked as a Mathematics Teaching Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology, and contributed to data management initiatives at Constellation. Lacey holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Georgia Institute of Technology.
