Ryan Pupa has extensive experience in IT and software engineering, having worked in various roles since 2009. At Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, Ryan served as an IT Systems Engineer, providing support for over 400 associates and managing enterprise infrastructure. As an IT Technician at Schneider Laboratories Global, Ryan was instrumental in software installation and maintenance, as well as the development of a LIMS system. In subsequent positions at Molina Healthcare, Ryan progressed to Team Lead and Senior IVR/Contact Center Software Engineer, responsible for designing and implementing IVR and contact center platforms. Currently, Ryan holds the position of Senior Contact Center Software Engineer at CarMax. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, Magna Cum Laude, from Virginia Commonwealth University.
