Seth Koch is a business strategy and analytics leader currently serving as the Director of Strategy at CarMax, where they focus on unlocking value through data-driven HR analytics. Previously, Seth has held multiple strategic roles at CarMax, including Senior Manager and Manager of Strategy, as well as a Senior Strategy Analyst. Seth began their career as a Research Assistant in the Cognitive Economics Project at the University of Michigan.
