Steve Berry

Steve Berry has extensive experience in sales management and operations, having worked at Circuit City from January 2001 to May 2007, and CarMax since June 2007, where the current role is Senior Manager of Sales Operations. In past roles at CarMax, Steve has led operational improvements focusing on effectiveness, efficiency, and customer experience with over 2,500 associates, identifying execution gaps and implementing change management strategies. Additionally, as a Training and Development Leader, Steve has been responsible for equipping sales professionals with essential tools and training to enhance performance. Educational qualifications include a degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University-Sacramento and executive education from Yale School of Management, along with studies at Sam Houston State University and the University of Richmond focusing on adult learning.
