Steve Rose is currently a Senior Principal Engineer at CarMax, where they lead all aspects of the system test life cycle, manage schedules and offshore resources, and design and execute test plans to ensure comprehensive testing across business areas. Prior to their role at CarMax, Steve served as an Infantryman in the US Army from 1993 to 1996. Steve has been with CarMax since 1997.
