Alac Kim

Alac Kim serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Carmel Cannabis since March 2024 and is the Founder, Alumni Mentor, and Advisory Board Member of the York Finance Club. With prior experience as a Board Member at Headset and High Beauty, Alac Kim also held the position of Senior Director of Strategy & Corporate Development at RIV Capital Inc., overseeing acquisitions in the U.S. Previous roles include being an Angel Investor at FOG Ventures, Director at Canopy Rivers Inc., and several positions in investment banking at Rothschild & Co. and BMO Capital Markets. Alac Kim holds an International Bachelor of Business Administration (IBBA) in Finance from the Schulich School of Business and participated in an exchange program at Yonsei University.
