Afshin Jonaidi

Afshin Jonaidi, PE, is a seasoned construction professional currently serving as Project Executive at Carmel Partners since April 2023, overseeing the development of a large residential project in Brooklyn. Prior experience includes a tenure as Senior Project Manager at Radson Development, where notable projects involved multiple residential buildings and a commercial fit-out for Planet Fitness. Jonaidi's earlier roles include Project Manager at 1Oak Contracting and KSK Construction Group, where a range of luxury apartment buildings and commercial spaces were successfully completed.
