Felix Tubiera

Felix Tubiera is a Senior Analyst with experience in residential asset management at Carmel Partners. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Analyst in retail and residential mixed-use asset management at JBG SMITH. They also have experience as an Analyst and Real Estate Intern at Cole Valley Partners, LLC and JLL. Felix Tubiera holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Finance and Accounting, along with minors in Economics and Real Estate Development from Portland State University. They completed their International Baccalaureate Diploma at Southridge High School.
