Greg Pasquali is a seasoned professional in urban development with extensive experience managing mixed-use multi-family projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. Currently serving as Vice President of Development and previously as Development Director at Carmel Partners since November 2014, Greg oversees due diligence, entitlements, and design execution. Prior roles include Project Manager at Holliday Development where responsibilities included environmental remediation and infrastructure planning for a significant mixed-use redevelopment, and Project Assistant at Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation focusing on housing guidelines. Greg has also contributed to international education through the International Honors Program, provided urban planning consulting as an Associate at Community Design + Architecture, and co-founded a community development non-profit in Nicaragua. A Yale University alumnus, Greg holds a BA in Architecture with a focus on Urban Studies.
