Jesus Polanco

Jesus Polanco, EIT, is an experienced civil engineer with a solid background in project engineering and management. Currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager and previously as a Senior Project Engineer at Carmel Partners since June 2021, Jesus has successfully developed scopes of work and assisted in estimating to secure competitive subcontractor bids. Prior experience includes a role as a Project Engineer at Snyder Langston, where responsibilities involved managing project buyouts and budget development. Jesus began professional career as an Assistant Civil Engineer at Quantum Consulting, Inc., focusing on proposal writing, AutoCAD drafting, and engineering calculations. In addition to engineering roles, Jesus contributed to community outreach as External Vice President for SHPE CSULB and supported fellow students as a Math/Engineering Tutor at CSULB. Jesus holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from California State University, Long Beach.
